August, 2006 - construction site is quiet until beginning of September as it is forbidden to perform any construction works in the coastal areas of Croatia. Since all of the apartments in "Villa Adriatica" are already sold, we are reminding potential clients that in the next month details of another similar project will be made available as well. The new project will be similar to "Villa Adriatica", built by the same developer in the same area, about 500m down the coast, first row to the sea as well.
