November, 2006 - main construction works have been finished on the top penthouse floor on the "Villa Adriatica" building and workers are busy with interior installations. Construction is running on schedule and currently there are more than 30 workers working from all day on the building.

As we have only three apartments left for sale, we are inviting possible buyers to visit the construction site.
